Returns & Exchanges

At Arcade Belts, we stand behind the durability and comfort of our products. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange; once confirmed, download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your belts in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or replacement once our warehouse processes the return.
